Can't View Sent PM's

Hi-

I'm trying to view a SENT PM and i dont see it. I Just sent it away. The only sent PM i see is from a few weeks ago. Is there a waiting period or something? Do i need to clear out my browser? Or does the site not keep track of sent PM's?

i'm still unable to view sent PM's. is this possible to sort out or is this on purpose? Sometimes i'd like to be able to go back and copy and paste what i wrote to one guy and send it to another, etc

it seems to show all my PMs in my inbox fine, just not the ones i've sent

It's by design. Viewing sent messages can be disabled in the vBulletin software. Most admins do it to save space.

Not! When you reply to someone using a PM, you have to checkmark the box that says( see second paragraph in bold letterings), under Additional Options just below where you type in, but you must do this before you submit your message.

Check your outbox folder and you'll see a copy of it.

Well dang I've been on forums for over 10 years and have never noticed that feature. Some forums save my sent messages by default whereas others (like here) don't. Cool little tip.

Yeah, i think that is what happened to me. The other forums i visit save them by default. Although, i know they run different versions of vBulletin.
