car covers

so I was thinking about getting a car cover. I haven't seen one that specifically fits 1999 4Runners which can accomodate a factory roof rack, spoiler, and fat lip bumper.

I only want to spend around 100 bucks and I'm Hoping for a black one... anyone know about anything?
