Car wash screwed up front bumper. Help

So I took my 03 4runner sport through a car wash and the pressure washer they used took some paint off the front bumper. I have a black sport but not the typical grey plastic bumpers. Mine are also black or a dark grey that looks black. Can I fix this myself?

if you don't wash your own car you probably shouldnt go touching your paint up.. id say you can though, why not?

Sounds like it was a crap respray to begin with and it and the car wash just accelerated the peeling. Have you had the bumper repainted since you got the car? If so, that's a warranty issue with the body shop. Paint shouldn't peel off from a car wash.
