Carfax reports

Hey Guys i been lurking around the Forums for a while now and i had some extra carfax reports i could run and i was wondering if any of you guys were interested? i was going to ask for something like $5 Paypal'd to pay for the multiple car reports pricing the i paid for.

Just a heads up, something I ran into when I traded in my car on my new 4Runner. I went to CarMax to get an estimated trade in value of my car before I went to the dealership. I had 3 separate insurance claims( I hit a racoon and 2 deer at different times). None of these claims showed up on the CarFax report I received from CarMax. So, take the reports with a grain of salt...

that's sweet, seems like you came out on top from the insurance/carfaxes lack of updating those accidents/run ins with wildlife. i know at times carfax and/or the insurance doesn't fully update everything but sometimes its good to see where the car came from, previous owners, etc. its kept me from buying junk cars a few times.

It's a hit and miss (pun intended).

Reporting is mostly voluntary and even if there's an insurance claim it may not always show up on the record.

I've seen vehicles that were obviously repaired have only service documentation in their Car Fax.
