cargo area backup mirrors

I have an 03 4Rnr ltd with the JBL 10 speaker system - and I really want to replace the back speakers with the cargo area mirrors so I can see what I'm about to hit. Can anyone tell me A: do those mirrors help you back up close to the car behind you? and B: where I can get a set?

Also, I'd love to get the same thing for my sequoia - any suggestions? I don't have a good place to put another LCD up front, so I don't want to do a stand alone license plate cam.

You don't need to replace the speakers. If you go to this thread: http://www.toyota-4runner.org/showthread.php?s=&threadid=35802

they say you can replace the speaker covers with the mirrors, and it doesn't affect the sound quality. Best of both worlds.

I looked into it, but as a poor college student, didn't want to pay $100+ for the mirrors.

I use the mirrors all the time. They are great when a full size SUV or van is parked next to you in a stall and you cant see whats comming down the parking lot. I use them so much i can judge the distantance between my rear bumper and the other car so i dont block the other guy in.
