Cargo area privacy screen

Just got a new Limited for my wife. Was surprised when we looked at it that it didn't have the removable and retractable screen that slides over your cargo. The interior has the place to put it, and I saw it on at least one other vehicle. They told me ours just didn't come with one. I made them throw one in during negotiations, but it still seems odd to me that the LE didn't have that.

Not a big deal because I'm getting one anyhow, just curious if anyone else with an LE knows if that came standard or if it is an option.

I was also surprised to find the LE didn't include the cover. Unfortunately I did not notice the cover was an option when I made the purchase so I didn't make it part of the negotiations. Overall not a big deal....I bought one and got the dealer to give me their employee discount.

i didnt notice until a day or 2 after purchase. never got one but disappointed its not standard.

I was actually glad it didn't come with it. I actually still have the cover for both my 3rd and 4th gen T4Rs living in my garage Removed them shortly after I purchased the vehicles and never put them back in.

Yeah, I know. We didn't use the one in our 2004 10 times in 6yr, but my wife sure wanted one...

I got brownie points for making them throw it in. It just surprised me that the LE wouldn't have it. I figured they just lost the darn thing at the dealership. I guess Toyota realized most people don't care much about this.

Mine did not come with one but I also didn't want it. I tint my windows dark so no one can see inside.

I bought one but it spends more time in my garage more than in the truck. I'm not a fan of it because it doesn't sit up snug with the back of the rear sets and it's so low it interferes with stuff when closed. Wouldn't buy it if I had it to do over again.

I had the dealer throw one in, now waiting for them to get it from Toyota. They searched all the 4runners in the lot to take one from and found nothing. I used this every day with my Xterra, to keep prying eyes away. Out of sight, out of mind you know.

I am looking to purchase a privacy screen for my 99 4runner, but cannot seem to find one. Any ideas or does anyone want to sell theirs? Thanks
