Here is an update. The parts that Toyotio listed were 100 percent correct. I ordered all 6 parts from the dealer versus ordering online. Yes, I could have a saved a few dollars, but in this case it was not worth the hassle. The left hook and right hook were only available in the STONE color, and they were $46.79 each. The 2 meta screws were $1.75 each. The 2 Screw spring Nuts were $4.43 each. The only difficult work was installing the 2 screw spring nuts. They were U shaped, and I had to slightly bend them open an additional 1 mm or so. Luckily, I have 2 other 4th gen 4runners as a guide. Be careful when installing them, because if you drop them, they will fall down behind the tail lights where you would likely need a magnet to retrieve them.
FYI. Since my 2007 4runner came with 3row seating, it never had a cargo / tonneau cover, so it had the plastic covers over where the tonneau cover fits on the right and left side, and it had plastic covers over where the hooks would normally be installed. If you have a 4th gen 4runner and want to delete / remove your tonneau cover and the hooks and make it look clean, below are the part numbers you will need. to cover the open holes Note that I suspect it would be difficult to get these 4 parts in the taupe / fawn color anymore. I know these part numbers are correct, because I pulled them off of my 2007 4runner, and I am reading the part numbers from inside of the plastic covers.
RH Tonneau cover plastic cover: 64935-35050 (outside shape is nearly square) (this covers the square left and right roles in the cargo area above the wheel wells)
LH 64936-35040
RH Tonneau Hook plastic cover 64938-35050 (outside shape is like a parallelogram) (this is the cover left and right holes at chest level at the very end of the 4runner near the rear window)
LH 64946-35050
