Sure, plenty of ways, the difficulty level is just based on how OEM you want it to look and where you want the light mounted
The most useful would probably to run always hot power to the rear and use a switch for some led lighting
The easiest way would be to mount a battery powered led light somewhere, you could even just Velcro it to the ceiling if it's not too heavy

I've had this in mine for many years. It lights the entire area even when it's full of crap. One of my more useful mods!

The 2015 Trail Edition has a cargo light over the door on the ceiling. You have to set the switch. Choose between "OFF", "ON" or "Door" or something similar. "DOOR" turns it on when the door opens and off when it closes. Your switch is probably set to "OFF".
