Cargo mat for 2015 4runner

They gave you the wrong (cheaper?) one. My weather tech cargo mat is a digital fit. Now if I can only figure out how to embed the pictures...

They must have given me the wrong one. Don't know how they screwed that up. I'll update OP. This is the one I was looking for. The one I got must have been the cheaper one or something.

Touche' dealership, touche'.

I agree, weather tech digital fit for up front and toyota branded cargo mat is the way to go.

Can anyone confirm if you buy the cargo area mat from Weathertech for the 3rd row seats, but do not have 3rd row, that it will fit properly and cover up the sides?

So, I thought it was going to be cool but after dropping it in... meehh. When you pull out the sliding cargo deck, my tool bag, cables, and general gear bag drops down in the section below... taking the cargo mat with it.

It works great in my girls SR5 with 3rd row now.

Still on the search for a mat that works well with the sliding cargo tray. Maybe goose gear soon and remove the tray.

For now, I'll stick with my Uhaul Blanket :bored: - It actually works great.

I just use a thick fabric drop cloth for painting :D $6 at Home Depot.

I just can't put anything back there that's wet, but it's great for dogs and (dry) dirty things. This thread is great, though, as I eventually want to get a cargo liner.

If anyone is looking for rear cargo protection, I recently got a Duluth Trading Cargo Mess Mat and it fits extremely well. Definitely covers all the way up the back of the rear seats and flush to the cargo door sill. It doesn't quite go up all the way on the sides, but does cover up and over the wheels wells. Has saved my butt more than once already! Certainly worth considering if you're looking for coverage, especially for $60.

Any chance you've got photos of this product installed in your 4runner?

FWIW the new Weathertech 3d floor mats are superior to their 3D floor liners as the new material is thicker and more rubbery- it conforms better to the irregular shape of the foot well.

The Weathertech cargo liner is the same material as the floor liners- stiff slippery and doesn't fit all that great.

I ordered the 3D floor mats and thought they were great. I then ordered the cargo liner expecting to be equally satisfied but am not. It's thin slippery and NOT worth the $119 that Weathertech charges.

I called customer service with my concerns and the guy seemed like he could care less.

My old SUV had a cargo liner that doubled as a cargo net - I love it. The net flopped down over the bumper so the pups claws didn't scratch the bumper. I wish 4runner had an option like this.

I still can't find a decent option for my 4runner with the slide out tray. I'm a diver so would like to find tray liner that captures salt water when I put gear in the back but also slides out. I originally bought the OEM Toyota 4runner tray liner but the plastic was hard, never conformed to the slide out, and would shift as I put gear in the back. The dog ate that one so I'm on the hunt for the perfect liner.
