So I decided to take it upon myself to try and recreate JA's cargo box for the T4R. The layout is pretty simple but there are quite a few measurements that have to been checked and rechecked in order to get it right on. Mine is just a tad bit longer than the one on JA's site but so far, after 4-1/2hrs, everything is put together except the lid which will be done tomorrow and then the carpet around the outside.
I have decided to fill in the gaps of the wood with some good ole wall plaster and made the edges just a hair bigger so that I can sand it down to be smooth all the way around.
Very good idea for this because I am tired of having that stinking rubbermaid box floating around the back cargo area.
I will try to figure out how to post pics tomorrow or I will just place a link on here to my flickr page and you can view it there.
