Great work! Hopefully we will be up and organized soon. Maybe next year the club can adopt a trail at URE. I still go out with the LC club for workdays. It's a great way to preserve and protect our trails, and also a tax write off. :hippie:

Yes, we are doing this. At least I'm trying. If you'd like to help, come up with a name for the group. Then we could create a facebook page to make it easier and more timely to communicate. I think a facebook page will also help generate more interest. Once that's done, a first meet and greet would be in order.

The name should be simple, as the mission statement already is, although it gets the job done... Toyota Off-road Owners Group of the Carolinas.... Toyota Carolina Off-Roaders... just a few to throw out there... And to Ralatkins, i'm in Rocky Mount every morning or afternoon, but on my work truck, not my runner...but i only live about 40 miles/minutes from you...

I like the names suggested, although are we thinking 4Runner specifically? "Carolina TOY Off-Roaders" sounds good to me.

C4R - Like this one alot. Simple, to the point. The group that's started by 4Runner owners but open to all? I know there are others out there that would be interested in the group that have other makes (tacoma, clasic pickup, FJ).

How about CTO, Carolina Toyota Owners? CTO.ORC (Off-road Club).

Yes, I like them simple. There are plenty of Toyota clubs out there and the 4runners are the least organized, especially here in NC. I think the name recognition would be beneficial.

C4R makes for a good acronym as well. I'm seeing logos in my head already...

It's nice to get the group's input but let's not drag out feet waiting on people to comment. Their loss for not being active in the formation process here. Let's get er done!!
