Cascadia Flipster V2 Plate Holder with WARN 9.5xp Winch

I have a WARN 9.5xp mounted on a Shrockworks front bumper. The winch uses four forward facing mounting bolts, two at the bottom which also hold the roller fairlead and two at the top. I was hoping to use a Cascadia V2 Flipster license plate bracket but am not sure it will work. All the pictures I have found show the bracket going behind the fairlead and using two bolts, I can't find anything showing the bracket will still work given the extra two bolts I have to deal with. Has anyone dealt with this or a similar situation?

Have been in touch with Cascadia, they believe it will work as the mounting bracket angles inward at the top and should clear the upper bolts. Ordered one 11/2/18, stay tuned.

Ordered from Cascadia and got in less than a week. Installed today and bracket fit just fine (first photo) and the second photo is the finished installation, had to go with 1/4" longer bolts for the fairlead. I am using a Daystar winch isolator and I haven't quit figured out how to cinch the hook up flush with fairlead so license plate doesn't quite flip down all the way. Sure this will resolve with experience or I could shim out the plate a little bit.
