Caster and Camber

Hi, I just had the car in for new tires and a alignment and they are saying I need new caster and camber adjusting bolts. Are the factory ones not adjustable? I am picking the car up soon and just want to learn a little before I go and talk to them. THANKS.

I am sure I am late, but what I bet they are trying to tell you is the ones in your car are rusted and they cannot adjust them. Usually the bolts are rusted in the bushings and you needs bushings too.

Like the above guy said. The camber bolts are rusted and probably now fused to the bushing sleeve. Since they are stuck/fused to the bushing sleeve, the bolts can't be turned to adjust the alignment.
