My Check Engine light - catalytic converter issue - has been on for nearly two years. I've had it replaced along with the O2 sensor. The light goes out for a few weeks (up to a month) and then returns. My mechanic says I need to buy a genuine Toyota catalytic converter. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
