I'm concerned about my catalytic converter (CC) getting stolen. I'm hearing many stories where people's CC are getting taken out of their vehicles. It appears thieves are targeting high profile vehicles like ours. I know someone with a 20 year old van who went inside a store for 30 minutes and came out to find his CC gone. Is there anyway to protect our trucks since we fit the profile? I hear some shops could built a protection cage to thwart those heists.

Talon2006 member on this forum makes aluminum transmission skid plates that have extra wings that cover the cats.
I bought one off of him and love it. Excellent fittment and it has taken a few beatings already.
