CB Antenna in place of AM/FM?

Over the past couple of days, I've been looking at adding a CB to my car. I have seen various places to put the CB antenna, but I've came across a couple websites that sell a CB antenna mount that allows FM and AM as well, therefore not forcing you to add any extra mounts, just swapping out the old antenna for the new one. The problem is, it says it's for a Tacoma, 1997-2015 or something like that. Can anyone confirm that it would work on a 1999 4Runner?

They provide no obvious means to connect it to your CB radio.

Looks like a factory replacement am/fm antenna that happens to be a cb style antenna, and has threading to screw into the factory antenna base as an upgrade to the stock one. Not what you were hoping it was I think.

I looked at mounting a CB antenna where the stock AM/FM antenna goes when I first bought my 4R. I found a good number of warnings and examples of the stock location splitting from the extra weight/ wind force. I decided to just go with a ditch light mount to mount it to.

Then I used the above mentioned splitter to plug into it so my CB and AM/FM use the same antenna. It works great and with a quick disconnect comes off easily for when I go through a car wash.
