CB radio w/ PA output?

Hey guys, I'm new to this site just joined today.
I got a 99 4runner limited mainly stock except for my sound system...basically what i have is a optio yellow top battery w/ stinger wiring (0 gauage) and a stinger power dist. box, hooked up to a JL 1000/1 amp and a 12" W7. This thing sets off car alarms with ease, so it is extremly fun. I'm only 16 haha i know that sounds crazy to some of you older folks, but I LOVE 4runners i think they are the sweetest cars. My friend just got a brand new is300 and I would take my ride over his ANY day.

Anyways down to the business, since i took out the stock "deck" and put in a custom one (panasonic), there is an open space below, and I've decided that i would LOVE to have a PA system in my car so i could yell at people haha. anyways I was thinking about it and I realized that I could just get a CB radio with a PA output, right? I'm basically looking for the easiest way to pull this off, and where I could buy the materials online and how easy the install would be? thanks guys.
