CBI ditch light brackets

So this weekend I went to LA for my roommates wedding and had an amazing opportunity to leave my rig with CBI Offroad so they could do a little R&D and test fit some new items they are working on. This is what I got!

The brackets are sick! Very stealth and clean! the LEDs on them are Bean LEDs. CBI just stated carrying them so I got a set to test them out.
The brackets mount to the two bolts on the top of the fender and then one bolt on the hinge itself.
Im going to get more pictures up but I got home and it was dark :cry2:. I haven't wired them up yet but I will this weekend and get those pics up too.
These are the very first ones so the only way to get them right now is to call CBI. You might be able to try and get some kind of package deal with lights but that not my area I just let them use my rig.
I posted some pictures of these this morning and some one asked about theft of the lights... not sure about that yet. I haven't thought of any clever ideas on that but im sure someone can.

Not sure on the price as I got mine for free99 just had to buy the lights but honestly I would guess the same as their Tacoma and 3rd gen mounts. There was also talk of maybe a hybrid rear bumper just like their 3rd gens but well see where that goes.

just got off the phone with kenny.

told him i need to talk to someone so they can take my money!

bean led dually is on sale right now @ $85 per pair.

pre-ordered my brackets and lights.

Just preordered mine as well. Says they should build the first sets next week and that they will be between $50-$70 but closer to $50 for the brackets

Preordered. I'll try it with my KC lights, if it doesn't look good, I'm leaning toward smaller HID's over LEDs for the throw. My 40" led bar is a great flood light, but doesn't throw as far as the HIDs would. Or I may go LED just for the size. I gotta get them and play around with them

When I ran the small 4" Hella HID's they were pretty shallow and might fit in that bracket. But it would be close.

I have 6" :becky: Worst case, I'll buy some cheap spot beam reflectors and throw my HIDs in there. I feel like dually style LEDs won't help me much in addition to the 40" bar.

Guys at CBI seem to think they will fit. I have my doubts though.

The only thing I dont like about my led's is the distance of the light emitted. I wish they threw light like HID's. In reality it is not a problem in 99% of the situations. I just added a set of spot 3x3 dually LEDs in the bumper next to my winch. Helps seems to help fill out the light pattern.

I agree. my bar is bright as hell, but only for 1000 feet or so. My HID pencil beams could probably go 1/2 mile.
