CBI Ditchlight Brackets Interchangeable w/ 1st Gen Taco?

I have the opportunity to buy some used CBI ditch light brackets with light pods from a guy with a 1st gen Tacoma. Does anyone know if they are Interchangeable with the 3rd-gen-t4rs?

I tried to figure it out buy searching the CBI website but wasn't able to be totally sure. The installation instructions seem to be the same. Any thoughts?

Call or email them. I'm sure they will let you know if they are different. Also see if they are different part numbers on their website.

I'm about 90% sure now. I did send an email, but probably wont here back until after the weekend.

I did check their website and no part numbers listed really, just 3rd gen 4runner page or 1st gen tacoma page, however when I download the installation instructions for both, the 3rd Gen T4R instructions come up. So...now I'm maybe 95% sure they're the same part. I'm picking them up tomorrow so I'll find out soon. I'll report back in case anyone else comes across a similar situation.

If they're different which we can both assume they are probably not, but if they are they probably won't be very different and easily modified to fit our runners. Doubt that will be an issue though.
