So, I wanted to post up some pictures of my new CBI front bumper and bolt-on sliders. First off, I want to give CBI their due praise. These guys are awesome and so are their products! Nathan and Steve were incredibly helpful every step of the way! I must say, it is nice to deal with a company that still knows how to provide great customer service. To give you a brief example of how these guys go out of their way to make the customer happy; there was a bit of a mishap with my sliders and a new set had to be shipped out to me, but Nathan went well above and beyond to make me happy in the exchange, to the point of compensating me beyond necessary for painting/powder coating and shipping. He made a somewhat frustrating situation, not only bearable, but actually almost enjoyable.
But, it isn't only their customer service, their products are top notch. I always really loved the look of the Shrockworks bumper, but was not willing to wait the necessary time to get one. In looking, I saw the CBI one and thought it looked pretty nice in the pictures. So, after talking with Nathan about it at length I decided to pull the trigger. But, I will say there were times where I was a little unsure of what it would look like and the quality, only really because there are so few pictures and, other than their rear bumper, it doesn't seem like many people are running their stuff. However, when i received the bumper and the sliders and when I mounted everything up I can truly say that this stuff is AWESOME and any concerns I had were immediately relieved! Now that I have the bumper, I still really like the Shrockworks, but I think I can honestly say that I prefer mine by a long shot! Not to mention the fact that it is cheaper, quicker and, from what I have heard about Shrockworks, comes with better support and customer service! So, without going on for ever I will get to the pictures, but also will say that without hesitation I would HIGHLY recommend CBI for anyone and everyone who is looking for armor for their rig.
