You make a great point concerning animal or vehicle strikes. There are no better testimonies to one’s product but the end user. Equal to CBI there are many compassionate users online of aftermarket bumpers. Many like you deal with the occasional larger rogue mammal, snow conditions, blinding sand storm or Snowbird lol. If we should come in contact with one of these elusive events we can only hope our bumpers will perform to the best of its abilities.
Having as much plate steel up front regardless of who built it, gives you an advantage over OEM.
You are very lucky to have the additional funds to make this large of a purchase while juggling school cost. Finding something you like and having CBI close is a considerable savings in shipping and installation cost not afforded the masses. I recall you posting your experience with your bumper and CBI generous offer in exchange for the use of your runner. Those are the advantages of being in the right place at the right time. I too, had hoped this offer by CBI would have me at the right place at the right time. They are in business to make money and I appreciate what their profit margins allowed them to offer. I guess I'm not the only one thinking I could purchase this expensive bumper. I am fortunate for having the option to explore my other flavors.
