CBI Offroad bumper damage

SW sends there bumpers similar like egb18t got, less the outer wrap so can't see it.

Looking at the damages in other pictures posted, seems like the powder coating they have done is a thin coating. I've taken hits with mine on the trail on outer edges, and haven't penetrated the coating on mine. SW have some of the thickest powder coating put on I have ever seen on products. I have bear spots be able to tell how thick there's are done.

It's good to see that CBI backs there clients on happiness of there product.

Yeah Nathan was quick to respond and see what I wanted to do. He had no issue returning the bumper to get fixed. Maybe this will help to show them to wrap the bumpers better for future orders.

I guess the hard part about this situation is it's a two sided problem is #1 regardless what someone chooses to do with their bumper after they paid good $$ for it ,it should not be broken or damaged upon receiving it #2 chances are CBI didn't do the damage and they are stuck with having to make it right to the customer,shipping companies have lots of people working for them any one careless person or situation may be at fault .damage happens a lot ,or at least that has been my experience more than once .sucks for both parties .Might be a good idea to crate some plywood over those painted ones and charge just a tad more when shipped this way nothing could come in contact and in the end everyones happy .on a good note though you received some awesome product !
