On the P0340, that's definitely something they could have screwed up doing the TB. There is a connector through the upper TB cover low down on the left looking at the engine from the front. Here is the sensor itself, pointing at the pulley right where the white timing mark is (see arrow):
Check the connector on the cover. If that that's not it, take it back to the mechanic who did the TB. If it runs OK, you can drive it. (JD90--it's a sensor issue, not the actual position of the camshaft itself.)
For the P0100(MAF) and P0110(intake air temp.) check the connection to the MAF sensor on the air intake. Both those sensors go through that plug. They would have had to mess with that, too. Bozos.....
