00' SR5 4runner v-6 3.4 auto 4x4 138k NY vehicle no idea if it is a cali model with multi o2 sensors I will have to check under hood

full tune up,plugs,filters,wires & w/MAF @ 115k
I used some sea foam 20 oz in 10 gallons of fuel and well -it might have cooked the a/f sensor from the codes of it
I reviewed the Previous owners records - @ 98k there was a PO136 code and heated oxygen sensor#2 circuit was replaced-the bank 1 sensor 2 O2 sensor
from what I have been reading I now have a front O2 A/F sensor going bad or ECM
should I try an air filter 1st?
should I test voltage readings somewhere or swap the a/f sensor?
I have read to avoid Bosch and use Denso?
Why I used the sea foam- I had a slight vibration while in D at red lights I thought I could smooth out-funny thing is - it runs smoother now with CEL light on than it did before -either the sensor malfunctioning is helping or it got itself cleaned good by the sea foam before it took the a/f sensor w/it lol!!!!
