Celica Sound System Help Wanted !!!

Need the speaker model info. Are the Bazookas you're looking at powered?

Clipping occurs when an amplifier is asked to deliver more current to a speaker than the amp is capable of doing. When an amplifier clips, it literally cuts off the tops and bottoms of the musical waveforms that it's trying to reproduce, thus the term. This introduces a huge amount of distortion into the output signal. Clipping can be heard as a crunching sound on musical peaks.

With the Pioneer HU above and the Eclipse speakers you have you should have a match for better sound, no clipping. One caveat is there were some reviews of those speakers that stated clipping was a common problem, so beware. I don't think you will get much bass fill with the Eclipse speakers so I'd go with the 100W powered sub tube and see how it all sounds.

Do the powered bazooka tubes have the ability to push power to other speakers with it's amp, or does it solely power the sub?
