center cap removal?

Is there a good way to remove center caps from 20" LE wheels without damaging the center caps? I know I can take the wheels off, but I want to know if it is safe to pry the center caps off without taking the wheels off the truck.

Center Caps

Two ways on a TE:

1 Grab the cap with both hands and wiggle and pull really hard.

2 Get the tool kit in the back where the jack lives. Find the tool with the flat end and use it in the slot on the side of the center cap to pry it part way off. Them move the tool to the other slot and finish prying the cap off.

Removal is easy - there is a removal tool in your jack case. Just pry them off.
