Center diff engagement

Hello! So, here's what is happening.....I can engage 4LL by going into neutral just fine. 100%. If I want to engage 4HL, I can do that at a standstill in Neutral or Park, but I must be moving forward to get it to engage in Drive. Engagement only takes a few yards. Disengagement is immediate in all scenarios. My service people say all is well....your thoughts.....

The system is working as intended and all is fine.
