4lo & center lock differential light flashing = SOLVED

Almost every time i start up my 2004 4runner v8 4x4, the 4lo and center diff lock lights flash. I have to restart the car a couple times to get them to stop flashing. Do you think maybe the actuator is bad or maybe the computer?

Update:

It was the FREAKIN BATTERY. I had a Toyota Truestart that was giving me problems. Took it to the dealer because it was still under 3 year warranty. They said it's still good and charged me $30. So I bought an optima yellow top d35. V8 starts up so fast now haha, and no more flashing 4lo & difff light.

Oh ya, got the Optima on amazon. $157 free shipping.

~Does the VSC or TRAC Lights flash also?
~About how long has this been happening?
~Have you noticed anything odd since it has started occuring?
~How long do the lights flash for?

Off the top of my head I would guess there is a code stored in the 4WD Module or BCM depending on how the logic is set-up (I forgot how Toyota Networks their systems off the top of my head... :( )

No, the vsc nor trac lights come. It has been happening for couple months, but it starting to get worse. Before it would be once in a while, but now it's every time I start the car. Once I drive it for a while and restart the car it doesn't come on. Nothing odd happening, just the 4lo and center lock lights flash. They flash the whole time till the car is turned off.
