Center Rear Taillight (brake light)

How do you replace it?

I went downtown to pick up my son from college with both 4Runners this weekend. I notice that both center brake lights were out. The 3rd generation was easy to figure out. Just unscrew two screws, but in the 4th gen., it has no screws. I tried to pop out the light, but I thought I would break it. So, anyone know how to replace the bulb in the center taillight in the 4th gen?

Thanks, that is what I needed. I did a search, but I guess I used the wrong discribtion. I knew there had to be a trick to it. It looks like 5 small clamps located at the bottom of the light. I was trying to pop out the light from different angles, I am glad I didn't force it. I will give it a try tonight.

Done, basically you work from the bottom of the light and work it out. It snaps right back in.
