Central Console/Arm Rest Rattle

I rest my right elbow on the center console when I drive and even the slightest bump in the road causes a rattle that I can feel under my elbow but not hear.

Anyone else have this issue and were you able to localize the problem?

I've had 2 5th Gen 4runners (long story) both of mine did this - it is the latch that rattles - I always keep a microfiber cloth in my center console to wipe dust off the dash - I just close the corner of the cloth in the latch and it solves the problem. If you decide to take to the dealer they should be able to apply some sort of cloth insulation (where the latch contacts the plastic) that is sticky on one side to remedy the issue - not that big of a deal to me so I just do as mentioned above.
