changed my sparkplugs today

I changed my plugs this afternoon and the driver's side bank was NGK and the passengers side was DENSO. These are the original plugs. Anyone else notice this when they did there first plug change? The DENSO's electrodes looked better but they were dark around the porcelain. The NGKs electrodes were more eroded, but they had almost no darkening around the porcelain. weird, huh?

This is common. Do a search and this is what you'll find on the V6...

I changed mine also just yesterday.

The passangers side was extremely simple once you remove the air filter housing.

The drivers side was a little bit of a pain. You need 9yo boy hands to reach in there.....Luckly I had a 9yo boy to help.

Mine NGK's had more heat on porcelain and thiner electrodes than Denso. I'm glad I got all Densos for new plugs.
