Changed 3rz valve cover gasket this past weekend. 199k. I thought the internals I could see looked pretty good considering the long overheating spell and water sucked through intake causing hiccup misfires. What do yall think? To anyone doing this in the future there is a pesky back cover bolt hidden amongst the black wire harness. Thought I got em all and did some pretty good yanking before I found it.

As much as I like to tote that belt driven engines are Toyota's bread and butter for longevity, it is hard to make that argument after seeing the internals of this 200k engine.
Looks great. Keep doing what you're doing for maintenance.
Drive it for another 200k, then change the gasket again and post pics.
