changing plugs on 03 4runner v8

I can't find a manual for this model so, I want to change the plugs and it looks like removal of something over the plugs is required.
Is this an EZ job? It there a web page with some pictures showing how-to-do?
Can anyone help me please.
I have changed plugs and wires on most vehicles I have owned and I am fairly mechnically inclined but have used a manual in the past.

Thanks for the quick reply. I bought the 4runner sport new and love it. The V8 gets me about 20-22 on hwy and 19-20 in town but that is 50/50 most months.
Never had a problem and this will be the first plug change. Expect to keep it for 3-5 more years and want to take care of it.
Whaty about wires you recommend a change with the plugs?
Also, are the bosch 4 prong plugs as good as denso?

Maybe with your 4x2... unfortunately, that's not the case with my 4x4

With COP (Coil-Over-Plugs or Coil On Plugs) setup. You do not ever change the wires. This is because the wires, that you see, only have low voltage in them. It is the short length of wire after the coil (inside the valve cover) that only has high voltage. And this is a straight piece unlike the long droopy conventional spark plug wire that loops and curves about.

I would not use Bosch plugs on her. Especially 4-prongs ones.

I would use denso Iridium plugs. I have good luck with them.
