changing rear shocks

I really like this idea. What size tires and how much back spacing on your wheels do you have? The shocks from Bilstein...what's their part no.? And how much and where did you get them? Also, collapsed length/ extended length? I can fabricate these at work in about 20 min. We have a shear and 20 ton press at work so these shouldn't be that hard. Thank in advance...

All of that info is in my build thread. The shock info is burried though. They are bilstien 5125 #6253. Google image search "bilstien 5125 chart" and it will give you lenghts and stuff.

So, does somebody has something good or bad to say about Procomps?

Earlier this summer put some Pro-Comp ES3000 shocks on the rear. Took them off within first 100 miles and replaced with Bilsteins. The Pro-Comps were too soft.

Running Pro-Comp ES9000 struts up front, they're ok. Got some squeaking up front when going over speed humps, might be the neoprene spacer (not sure what it's called, the stop on the bottom of the coil). Are those supposed to be greased?

A 1" body lift makes changing the rear shocks a piece of cake. Not that you should get a body lift for that, but it's a nice little bonus.
