Changing tire size

This has probably been asked many times but I am new here so go easy please.
I have a 2003 SR5 V8 with 265/70R16. Are there any known problems with upsizing to 265/75R16 or 275/70R16. A slight speedo difference won't bother me as much as tire rub will.

No rubbing and only a slight speedo underreporting difference with the 265/75-16... Dont know about the 275 size, might need a lift to fit those.

275/70R16 fit just fine. My BFG's only "rub" (at full lock either way) on the plastic cover "flaps" at the rear inside of the front wheel wells.

Thanks for the help, I think the BFG A/Ts in 265/75R16 will be on soon.
