Charger name?

Hey does anyone know the name or parts # to the charger to the left of the gear shift knob? It has gone bad and I am looking to replace it but I can’t seem to find the name or parts # to it.

This post may be helpful if by "charger" you mean the power socket. It's listed as #s 5 & 6.
