No, they are not Deluxe, No, they are not Heavy Duty, they are $5! For 4! LOL Plus shipping.
I bought the dark brown instead of tan this time around.

I use cheap ones like these in the summer & Husky rubber ones in the winter.
My original 4Runner mats are mint & I use them after detailing if I'm going to a wedding or something. I got 10 years outta my last cheapo's.

Sounds like you need Weather Tech or Husky rubber mats if you are that hard on them or buy cheapo's.

My truck hasn't been my DD since 2005. I swap out 3 different mats as I stated above. Gotta use rubber with the snow/salt/boots in the winter.

Those carpets got tiny spikes to grasp into the factory floor carpet and as a result those will move all around. Pretty annoying.

Poke a hole in to catch the clip or add a grommet.

Thats a great deal for you since it isnt your daily. However id rather have rubber mats than those carpet ones. I work at a car wash and hate people who use these mats as they are a PITA to clean and once something gets in the carpet it can be very hard to get out with a vaccum at least for me that is. Anyone who uses their 4runner as a daily driver should use rubber mats IMO
