cheap lift with 906/881

Looking for the cheapest way to replace all 4 springs and shocks 97 sr5.
i would like a small lift 906/881 ome. What are some shock options? Best place to order. I would like to stay under $500. Was told ome coils + $100 shipping.
do I need longer shocks then stock for the front and rear?
