Check engine light - Code reading question

Hi, on my 2000 ltd the check engine light came on. After hooking up for the code it read. "p0120" throttle/petal position, sensor A circuit". Anyone know what this reads to be repaired? Thank you in advance.

Short answer: Throttle position sensor A or its wiring.

clear the code and see if it comes back on first, if it does follow the above.

ECU is the last listed cause on EVERY code. Don't scare the poor guy.

According to the write-up, the Throttle-by-wire is disengaged when that code is stored. I wonder how that truck drives in that situation. Grajsom?

TBW was only on '00 to '02, I believe. I have never dealt with it.
