Check Engine Light:Issues p050b p0420 p0430

URD maf cal
URD o2 Sim installed

I am getting codes randomly within 5 miles to 100 miles.

Code combos: (never seen all 3 at the same time)

p050b (cold start ignition problems)
or
p0420/p0430 (catylic converter)

Not really worried about the cats, dont have any. but p050b hmm.. did a search with nothing coming up.

These codes starting to pop up after i installed a new car radio with steering controls (but the two are not even related)

I assume the possible faults are:

-URD o2 sim is dying
-exhaust leak (check exhaust no problem or residue)
-intake/throttle body needs cleaning
-bad front o2 sensor? (2008 with 80k miles)

Pretty sure there are only 2 o2 sensors (rear), and the ones in the front are afr sensors.
