I am in the mountains and almost 100 miles from a toyota dealer. Can the following engine light codes cause the car to barely run? Codes P1135 P1130 P0125

Look further down, those codes are Toyota specific, meaning they are the same as P0XXX
P1130 Air-Fuel Sensor Circuit Range/Performance
P1135 Air-Fuel Sensor Heater Circuit Response Malfunction
My 4runner is throwing these 2 codes, and runs fine. I need to get is smogged though so here is what I want to know... should I just put a new o2 sensor and call it good? I want to make sure before I spend 100 bucks!

I should mention mine is the CA model, so how do I know which sensor is bad? The downstream one has oil and stuff on the wiring harnesses while the front one is clean. But from what I've read, it is usually the front one that goes bad. NEED TO KNOW ASAP so I can get it smogged and registered thanks!
