Check Engine, VSC TRAC, VSC OFF were all on. Now after 4 tanks of high octane gas off

Can I get some advice please?
2004 4Runner V8 wi 206,000 mi.
Check Engine, VSC TRAC, VSC OFF were all on.
Now after 4 tanks of high octane gas they are all off.
Dealership earlier said Cat Converter was bad.
Muffler shop said I needed a new front Cat Converter which also needs a manafold.

Since the lights are all off do you think it will pass emissions?

CEL lights went off

I hope you got some direction by now as your post is 6 months old.
I discovered OBD2 readers years ago . I have a cheap blue tooth plug in reader that I read with a free app on cell phone. Gives tons of engine info and easy to on-line research codes.
I keep that old set-up around for all family vehicles and even helped a neighbor.
My 2017 SR5 has a ScanGuage2 mounted on steering column. It gives 4 tire pressure routinely and by pushing buttons I can read tranny fluid temp, coolant temp, electric system volts and dozens of other parameters and its programmable for dozens more.
Knowing what is causing CEL gives you options for repairs and managing repairs. Turning off a CEL with these readers does not automatically get you past a smog check. The engine computer must be have recorded a wide variety of vehicle operations before it is smog test ready and usually non-repaired CEL show up again.
