Check engine - VSC TRAK - TRAK OFF

These dreaded lights came on together today. I've searched this forum and discovered it could be a OC or something like that with repairs of about $350 or $400. What happens if I keep driving for another month or two until after Christmas?

I tightened the gas cap. Not the problem. Went to AutoZone and let them check the code. He thinks it's something to do with emissions. Is that possible? Why would TRAK OFF and VSC TRAK light up if it's simple emissions -- or is that why the "check engine" light is on?

No, I didn't ask for the exact code. He just said something about emissions.

The track, VSC lights etc come on automatically when the Check Engine Light is on. Fix the CEL and the others will go out...
