Chevron pro-gard injector cleaner

New member here.

Anybody have experience with Techron fuel system cleaner and/or Techron injector cleaner?

Please comment on which you use, how often you use it (mileage intervals) and if you are satisfied with it.

A friend of mine recommended it but I wanted to get some inoput before I started using it.

I went ahead and bought a bottle since it was on sale and it says to use every 1000 miles or as needed.

I have not used any fuel injector cleaners with the 4Runner. I have uses the Chevron Techron products in the past with past cars. The interval was every 5-6k miles, if I remember to, otherwise it could've gone 12-15k in between.

Difference, none that I've noticed. Hmmm, every 1k miles seems pretty frequent.
