Northside Toyota...i took my runner in for an oil change, some kid drove off with it. Came back 40mins later. I left and went to the gas station and noticed they hit something and dented my bumper guard.
I immediately went back, to no avail, then called customer service, and Toyota has not taken responsibility for their actions.

Since I will never go to Northside Toyota again, Ive been going to Grossinger Toyota and they have been great. Really good custoerm service, they walk you through everything, very patient, and its a huge facility. PLUS you get courtesy car washes ANYTIME

Agreed, I bought mine at Grossinger and was very happy with them.

I've been very pleased with the service at Grossinger Toyota North. Been a customer of theirs for several years, just for routine scheduled maintenance - nothing more. Am usually greeted with a "Hello, Mr. xxxx" as soon as I walk through the door. The guys in the service department have a great attitude towards the customer. More importantly, the final costs have always been consistent with the service estimates.

Have only been to the Grossinger City Toyota location once, for the Crankshaft pulley and crankshaft seal replacement offered under Technical Service Bulletin #04008. No charge of course. Afterwards, the mechanic who did the repair took me to my 4Runner to show me what had been done. That was years ago, and I have not experienced any problems with those parts.
