Got my Rago ditch lights in yesterday from group buy so of course I had to mount brackets and mock them up

Those look to mount a bit different then the CBI ones. Might take care of the rubbing issue a few people have with snorkels....

That's rad wish I could find one for my truck. Hate having that big ol box take up a good portion of trunk space.

I didn't do much because of this... I know.. total wuss.

So I played around with ditch light covers...

Then I set the speaker box in place. Need to bolt it down but it sounded good.

Been working on getting a bunch of wiring buttoned up. Still have a little ways to go. I got my compressor mostly wired and then I took out the CB I had under my stereo and added a paranoid fab switch bracket. I only have my ARB switches for it right now and I plan on getting the same style switches for fogs, ditch and backup lights in there as soon as they are back in stock at OTRATTW. For now though it will just have to look a little ghetto. I will probably switch my CB for the Cobra style where its all apart of the mic and not a mounted head unit due to lack of space and loving my ashtray too much to put a small one there. Ashtrays are for change and coffee stamp cards!

And now a moment of cheese....

So I had my dash all apart and I figured since I was in there I was going to fix my clock. When I got this 02 the clock did not work. My clock in my 99 did though. So I put it in when I switched from wood grain trim to black.... but.. it didn't work.. I figured in the wreck it got bounced around and that's why it no longer worked. So here I am now.. dash torn apart.. and I can not find my clock plug anywhere!!! I am seriously looking everywhere in my dash for it. So I decided that was a good place to call it quits for the night.

I go inside and decide to text [MENTION=48999]Tyler[/MENTION]_James_Inc and see what he thinks. Conversation was basically this...

Me: It's totally apart.
Tyler: Everything unplugged?
Me: Not everything
Tyler: There is a false connector on the back of that bezel that the clock connector plugs into. (more talk, more talk). See the smaller black plug? Unplug it.
Me: Are you effen kidding me!!!! Am I a freaking noob!!!! Dammit!!!
Tyler: Hahahahahaha I wonder how many guys with non-working clocks have it plugged into the dummy spot. Dude I'm so glad I have someone to relate to me now.

Then we both go on to say how dumb we are and why the heck is that stupid dummy plug back there! So yeah... most of you are saying DUH!!! But it was pretty funny

Couldn't see it here cause everything looked plugged in and accounted for.

But sure enough here is that little bastard!

When it should be plugged in here!

Now I can check all my other clocks I have sitting around!

Having non-matching switch and blanks is going to bug me for a while! There is like a 4-6 week wait for them to be back in stock

Speaking of switches I need to ask you an electrical question later when I get home!

Love your build. You inspired me to get an ARB front bumper

btw, I did the same with the clock when I first put in my head unit in my 01. I actually purchased a 2nd working clock from a member on here. When I went to install it, I found the error of my ways.

Thank you I appreciate that! This is my 2nd ARB and after I wrecked with the first one and seeing how it held up I like them even more and jsut because a lot of people have them it doesn't make me like it any less

Somewhere there is a Japanese engineer laughing cause he made a deal with the clock maker to scam is unto getting replacement clocks due to his sneaky clock plug decoy

Very light update.. Drilled my front bumper and finally mounted my T4R badge I had been holding onto

Then I quickly bolted on my winch fair lead so I could have my front license plate mounted to be legal.

Enjoyed driving it this weekend Didnt do much other than change the front diff fluid since I had a couple hundred miles since installing ARB in front. Came out pretty silvery so I am hoping that in a 1000 miles or so the fluid wont be so shiny.
