Chirping sound after Timing belt/water pump/3 drive belts service

When I drive over very small undulating bumps, I hear some very short, but quick whistle-like sounds from the engine bay.
I do not hear them going over serious bumps, just the small, minor road imperfections that can best be described as ripples of the road surface.
At rest, I do not hear this sound, so I can't check it while at rest.
Any thoughts on what it might be?

Check to make sure the drive belts are tight enough, but not too tight.

Stand on the bumper while it's running and rock it up and down, maybe that will reveal the sound
