Cig lighter issues on my 93.

I know the fuse isn't blown as my hazards work as well as my horn. The little light shows up inside the port but no power when I plug my gps in. Any ideas?

In my 93 there is a resistor behind the lighter that blew. That would be the first place I'd check. My solution was to remove the resistor, and put in a 30 amp fuse.

I would unplug the lighter and check for power on the lighter electrical plug connector. You might just have a bad lighter receptacle.

Alright. I dont have my repair manual in front of me right now do I have to pull the dash to get it out?
