Cigarette lighter loose causing power to turn off

I have an 03 4runner cigarette lighter that is a bit loose and sensitive to any movement causing power to turn on and off. It's extremely annoying, especially when I use my bluetooth adapter. Do you guys think it needs to be replaced or can it be repositioned correctly? Thx

Take the console apart probably just loose

You're probably looking about the same money and hassle to simply replace one of the switch blanks in the center console with a USB power plug. There's a pretty long thread on here somewhere about it but it's not rocket science. Get an adapter of your choice, pull the center console apart and install.
