I have an 03 sr5 and both the power points do not work..... I checked the fuses under the steering column and everything seems to be fine. Any suggestions on what the heck is going on?

Welcome. Sorry you're having trouble.
1) Is the vehicle new to you? Do you know it did work?
2) Is there possibly an underhood fuse that may be affecting it?
3) The key must be on... I offer that because the if the vehicle is new to you and your old car had a 'hot wired outlet' ...
